Follow-up Consultations

During follow-up consultations, I track progress through relevant body measurements, such as weight, growth, and body composition where appropriate. For children and teenagers, this may include monitoring growth and developmental milestones. These sessions are key to supporting behaviour change, building motivation, addressing emotional triggers, and creating sustainable, long-term habits.
