I obtain a full medical, lifestyle and diet history. I spend time determining your likes, dislikes, triggers and cravings. Time is spent on what your emotional triggers are that drive certain behaviours and habits that don’t serve you. I take body measurements, including weight, height, body fat and centimeters. I determine what your lifestyle goals are and, if you do not have clear goals, assist you in formalising achievable ones.
Second Consultation

From the information obtained from the Initial Consultation, I would have formulated a personalised eating plan to meet your goals ahead of this second meeting, where I go through the plan in detail, including ideas on recipes. I also coach my clients on dealing with their triggers, weekends, parties and eating out. Life is about living and not trying to be in a diet cocoon. One just needs strategies on how to deal with each situation.
Follow-up Consultations

20 Minutes
I take body measurements, including weight and centimeters weekly, and body fat once per month. Follow-up consultations are essential to drive behaviour change, motivate and assist you in dealing with your emotional triggers and making sustainable change.
